The ICA-AP Regional Board, in its online meeting on 27th October 2020, approved a hybrid regional Assembly structure. ICA-AP will first hold its Regional Assembly online in February 2021 followed by an in-person Regional Assembly to conduct the Regional Board elections, in conjunction with the ICA World Cooperative Congress in Seoul, the Republic of Korea in November/ December 2021.

The 14th Regional Assembly will be held online on 24th February 2021 from 11:00 to 13:00 hours India Standard Time to consider administrative issues and approve the postponement of the ICA-AP Regional Board elections. The online assembly will be open to members who have paid their subscription fees for 2020. All items will be approved by a show of hand during the online Assembly.
