The webinar with ICA President, Ariel Guarco and ICA-AP President, Li Chunsheng on May 13, 2020 brought together global, regional, and national perspectives on the responses of cooperatives to COVID19. Leaders from apex cooperatives in the region presented government actions and their member responses to COVID19. The presenters included, Ms. Melina Morrison, CEO of BCCM, Australia; Mr. Gary Leonardo, Chairperson of PCC, Philippines; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bao, President of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance; Mr. Alireza Banaeifar, International Affairs Manager of the Iran Chamber of Cooperatives; Dr. U. S. Awasthi, Managing Director of IFFCO, India; Dr. Chandrapal Singh Yadav, president of the National Cooperative Union of India; and Mr. Satyanarayana, CEO, NCUI.
